Cvicenie nie je len o činkách

Cvičenie nie je len o činkách, svaly majú rady zmenu a preto vám dávam do pozornosti cvičenie s expanderom, alebo ak chcete, cvičenie s naťahovacou gumou.
Ak chcete spevniť svalstvo, nabrať kondíciu, vyrysovať svaly a ešte aj schudnúť, tak expander je najlepšia voľba. Táto naťahovacia guma vaše svaly záťaží dvojako – má silu príťahu aj odporu a o to je cvičenie náročnejšie, ale aj efektívnejšie. Záťaž alebo odpor expanderu či počet opakovaní a prestávky, všetko záleží od trénovanosti cvičenca. Za krátky čas sa však dá precvičiť celé telo.
Pozrite si moje video, kde mam tréning celého tela. Cvičil som protiľahlé svaly a na konci tréningu odporúčam dať plank.
